Fried chicken has been a staple of American cooking dating back to the 1960s, however the concept of using special marinades was only introduced in recent times. Yet it was over thirty years ago that Manny Rusitovski opened Wingster’s with his Macedonian family’s secret mix of herbs and spices to marinate the chicken. The flavours made his chicken stand out from the rest and today Wingsters is renowned for its unique fried and grilled chicken.

Manny sourced the best herbs and spices he could find and created recipes for his marinades that are still used today. The family recipes will be kept top secret and will be passed on from generation to generation.
